hi everyone! i've returned from USAV Nationals in Denver. my team didn't do very well, but we had a good time nonetheless. congratuations to Deadly Viper Assassination Squad and Nothing Hits! for taking Gold and Silver in the Men's B division and to Fire in the Hole and Mine! for taking Gold and Bronze in the Women's B division. New England teams kick butt!

now that Nationals are over, i have no excuse for not stepping up my walk training! I have about 5 weeks to go until the walk.
